Lydie and Connie invite you to find your inner balance through the science of Yoga and Ayurveda in the beautiful region of Vallès Oriental, in Sant Feliu de Codines. We will stay from Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27, 2026, in a majestic villa surrounded by stunning views and nature, just 40 minutes by car from Barcelona. The retreat will be held in Spanish and English..
This retreat is an invitation to connect deeply with your body and mind, to explore your inner beauty, and to return to what truly nourishes you. Inspired by Yoga, Ayurveda, and the cycle of Venus, we will gather to reconnect within, awaken self-love, and open ourselves to abundance.
During this transformative retreat, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of Ayurveda and how your unique constitution works.You will discover healthy habits, self-massage techniques, nourishing Ayurvedic meals, and participate in a cooking class for the autumn season that you can easily integrate into your daily life, as well as a workshop on reducing exposure to endocrine disruptors.
Through various yoga practices (adapted to all levels), pranayamas, and guided meditations, we will focus on releasing physical and emotional blocks, balancing the doshas, and finding inner peace. Venus’ cycle will serve as a symbolic guide to integrate and honor our feminine nature. We will practice slow and fluid Vinyasa yoga to connect with the body effortlessly.
During the retreat, we will also explore the benefits of intermittent fasting, adapted for women at different stages of life. This retreat offers a safe space for women to restore their energy, reconnect with their inner power in a beautiful, tranquil environment, and leave feeling revitalized, aligned, and deeply grounded.

Lydie is Swiss and has been living in Barcelona with her family since 2017. Her yoga journey began in 2014 during a sabbatical year, when she trained as an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. Over the years, she has expanded her education in various styles, including Yin Yoga, Tantra Yoga, and Kids Yoga, culminating in her graduation in Psychotherapeutic Yoga. As the founder of Myoga Studio and Myoga Coaching, Lydie is dedicated to guiding her students in integrating yoga into their daily lives, enhancing their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, and regulating their nervous system. With a background in the corporate world and a deep understanding of modern stress, she offers a safe space for her students to explore and cultivate awareness, balance, and happiness.

Connie Marin is a pharmacist who transitioned to Ayurveda after discovering her passion for a holistic approach to health and wellness. Specializing in women’s well-being, Connie empowers her clients to embrace their unique essence through personalized dietary recommendations, herbal remedies, and lifestyle practices tailored to their dosha. As a dedicated wellness coach, she offers consultations and workshops that help women integrate mindfulness and self-care rituals into their daily routines. With her compassionate approach and extensive knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, Connie creates a supportive environment for her clients, guiding them on their journeys toward balance, vitality, and self-discovery.
Mas Vallbona is a peaceful and very comfortable villa located in the beautiful Vallès Oriental region, just 40 minutes from Barcelona. Surrounded by nature, this villa offers a perfect setting for our Yoga and Ayurveda retreat. With panoramic views, an infinity pool, and gardens ideal for relaxation, it is the best place to disconnect, rest, and recharge. You will enjoy comfortable accommodations and the serenity of the surrounding nature.
The main house is distributed over three floors. Private double bedrooms or shared rooms are available. Fully equipped kitchen. Living Room, Yoga Space, outdoor infinity pool & garden/Nature views. Wifi, Bed linen, towels & hair dryer available.

Each petal teaches us something essential about how to relate to ourselves, our bodies, and the world. As Lydie and Connie turn 40 this year, we love the idea of exploring the completion of another rose of venus energy, marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of a new one related to themes of pleasure, abundance, and heart-centered beauty. It is a time for self-reflection on these areas, acknowledging personal growth, and transitioning into a new cycle of life.

During the retreat, we will practice a slow and fluid Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on releasing physical and emotional blockages. Each session is designed to help regulate your nervous system, balance your doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), and support emotional well-being. The intention is to welcome who you truly are, honoring yourself and letting go of what is not serving you.
Through intentional sequences and specific postures, we will:
✨ Ground and soothe an overactive mind, bringing Vata into harmony.
✨Balance Pitta through calming the inner fire and supporting emotional clarity.
✨ Uplift heavy emotions and balance Kapha, addressing feelings like discouragement or stagnation.
This is not just movement, it’s a somatic journey to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner wisdom.

Ayurveda teaches us that women’s health is not only biological, it is also: emotion, energy, and cyclical wisdom. Every woman is unique, shaped by her individual constitution (dosha) and the life stage she is experiencing.
Morning Abhyanga: Self-Massage Ritual:
Each morning begins with Abhyanga, a traditional Ayurvedic self-massage on an empty stomach. Sneha means oil in Sanskrit, but also love and nourishment. This ritual supports grounding, circulation, detoxification, and helps you start the day feeling calm, centered, and embodied.
Inner Beauty & Hormonal Balance Workshop
Explore beauty as a reflection of inner balance rather than external standards. Learn Ayurvedic principles for inner and outer beauty, natural ways to support female hormonal balance, and practical strategies to reduce endocrine disruptors. You will also create your own medicinal herbal oil using locally sourced plants, a ritual you can continue at home.
Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop: “How You Cook is How You Live”
In this hands-on workshop, discover seasonal, vegetarian Ayurvedic cuisine designed for women. Learn intuitive cooking, Pitta–Vata balancing foods for autumn tailored to your dosha, and the healing benefits of intermittent fasting adapted to women’s needs.


During your free time, you'll have the opportunity to explore the beautiful Vallès Oriental region and its surrounding nature. You can also enjoy the house's amenities, including the pool and communal areas, perfect for resting, meditating, reading, and relaxing. And don't forget to book your Ayurvedic massage too!

The retreat will begin on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 6:00 PM (arrival between 5:00 PM and 5:45 PM) and will end on Sunday, September 27 at 3:00 PM (check-out).
