Hello, I am Lydie! Your psychotherapeutic Yoga Teacher.

I guide you to find happiness in your body and mind.

My classes focus on embodiment and regulation of the nervous system. Psychotherapeutic Yoga helps us understand where we hold mental or physical tension and how to release it through specific yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation and a healthy lifestyle. I have developed a safe space for people to learn, cultivate awareness, and find happiness in their bodies.

I've spent countless hours on my yoga mat, and I can confidently say that yoga has been my best remedy for both my physical and mental well-being.

Modern life has normalized mental confusion, stress, anxiety, and exhaustion, but this doesn't have to be your reality.

Having experienced anxiety, stress, and mental fatigue in my previous corporate job, I understand the impact this can have. No one told me that my body needed to feel ‘safe.’ My nervous system was out of balance, constantly fluctuating between fight and rest modes.

I can teach you and your body that safety is possible, reducing unnecessary stress responses and promoting overall well-being.
