En un rien de temps, les moines sont revenus, en se plaignant qu&#8217;il y avait des lions, des tigres et des ours dans la for\u00eat et qu&#8217;ils \u00e9taient effray\u00e9s. Bouddha a \u00e9cout\u00e9 leurs plaintes et leur a ensuite donn\u00e9 les mots ci-dessous \u00e0 m\u00e9diter et les a ensuite tous renvoy\u00e9s dans la for\u00eat<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Que je puisse \u00eatre combl\u00e9 d&#8217;amour et de tendresse.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Que je puisse me sentir bien.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Que je puisse \u00eatre serein et en paix.<\/strong><br \/><strong>Que je puisse \u00eatre heureux.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"tran0\">Loving Kindness Meditation est une m\u00e9ditation donn\u00e9 par <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ashtangamaui.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nancy Gilgoff<\/a> durant un workshop d&#8217;Asthanga le week-end dernier. Nancy a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 pratiquer l&#8217;Ashtanga Yoga il y a plus de quarante ans avec K. Pattabhi Jois, \u00e0 Mysore en Inde. Elle enseigne avec son propre style venant directement de Pattabhi Jois. Quand Nancy a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 Jois comment elle devrait enseigner, il lui a dit <em>\u00abenseigne comme je te l&#8217;ai enseign\u00e9\u00bb<\/em> &#8211; un conseil qu&#8217;elle a pris \u00e0 coeur et continue \u00e0 faire actuellement. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span id=\"tran1\">Nous avons ensuite fait cette m\u00e9diation \u00e0 la fin de l&#8217;atelier. \u00c7a m&#8217;a beaucoup touch\u00e9. Je continue \u00e0 la faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Ce sont 4 phrases assez simples mais puissantes. Chaque fois que j&#8217;en ai besoin, je fais cette m\u00e9ditation et cela m&#8217;am\u00e8ne automatiquement des pens\u00e9es et \u00e9nergies positives ainsi que beaucoup de joie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vous pouvez aussi remplacer le \u00abJe\u00bb par \u00abTU\u00bb afin de rediriger cette \u00e9nergie positive \u00e0 la personne de votre choix. Cela peut \u00eatre quelqu&#8217;un que vous aimez, quelqu&#8217;un que vous connaissez ou quelqu&#8217;un que vous n&#8217;aimez pas beaucoup.
