Heureusement, le yoga est une discipline facile \u00e0 pratiquer tant que l&#8217;on a un tapis, un peu d&#8217;espace et des v\u00eatements confortables. Les Salutations du soleil A et B (ou Surya Namaskar A et B) sont vraiment<strong> faciles \u00e0 pratiquer, ne n\u00e9cessitent pas beaucoup d&#8217;espace et peut se faire en 20 minutes ou moins.<\/strong>\u00a0Nous les pratiquons r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour notre pratique quotidienne et donner de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 notre corps et esprit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avantages<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les salutations du soleil <strong>favorisent la paix\u00a0int\u00e9rieure, calment l&#8217;esprit et et permet une belle extension des muscles. <\/strong>20 minutes de salutations du soleil\u00a0A et B sont \u00e9galement\u00a0l&#8217;occasion id\u00e9ale\u00a0pour\u00a0r\u00e9veiller le corps en douceur\u00a0et \u00e9tablir une intention pour la journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La pratique<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les salutations du soleil\u00a0A et B sont des poses s\u00e9quentielles \u00e0 faire selon la tradition en direction\u00a0du soleil levant. Le meilleur moment pour le faire est en effet au lever du soleil ou t\u00f4t le matin afin de profiter au mieux du niveau de prana.<strong>\u00a0c&#8217;est le matin ou encore mieux au lever du soleil, lorsque le niveau de prana est \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>Il est \u00e9galement possible d&#8217;avoir un mantra lors de la pratique qui vous aidera \u00e0 rester concentr\u00e9. Par exemple le mantra peut \u00eatre : J&#8217;<em>inspire la patience, expire le stress&#8230;\u00a0<\/em>Les salutations du soleil peuvent \u00eatre faites en \u00e9tant d\u00e9butant ou avanc\u00e9 en yoga. C&#8217;est un bon moyen pour les d\u00e9butants pour se familiariser avec certaines poses en yoga tels que chien t\u00eate en haut, chien t\u00eate en bas, chaturanga, ou m\u00eame avec le souffle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En\u00a0Ashtanga Yoga, les s\u00e9quences sont faits 5 x<strong> pour chaque salutation du soleil.<\/strong> Si c&#8217;est trop, vous pouvez minimiser les s\u00e9quences \u00e0 3 x au lieu de 5 x. M\u00eame pendant le week-end, r\u00e9veillez-vous en pyjama, pratiquez et retournez au lit !
