Il est pour moi l&#8217;un des meilleures prof de yoga, voici pourquoi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je suis depuis un moment les aventures de Patrick et Carling, sa petite amie. Ils voyagent \u00e0 travers le monde afin de donner des ateliers de yoga. Je ne savais honn\u00eatement pas \u00e0 quoi m&#8217;attendre. Leur cours \u00e9taient toujours pleins et j&#8217;\u00e9tais impatient de connaitre d&#8217;avantage sur leur pratique. Ils ont si jamais une super <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/user\/kineticvigilantes\" target=\"_blank\">cha\u00eene Youtube<\/a>, id\u00e9al pour am\u00e9liorer les handstands, le renforcement du corps, les inversions, la stabilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9 du corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;atelier \u00e9tait divis\u00e9 entre trois sessions au cours d&#8217;un week-end, du vendredi au dimanche. Les cours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s intenses mais vraiment bien comme d\u00e9fi physique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Afin de commencer une pratique int\u00e9grant des inversions, il est important d&#8217;avoir une base fondamentale en yoga avec les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une pratique solide<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">de l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">un esprit calme<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les postures enseign\u00e9es m&#8217;ont fait d\u00e9couvrir des nouveaux muscles dont je n&#8217;avais pas connaissance avant.<strong>En effet, il souligne combien il est important d&#8217;apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre son corps et ses muscles au complet. <\/strong>Les inversions doivent \u00eatre reprises d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, comme si on apprenait \u00e0 marcher. Nous avons ensuite pratiquer avec la pose du poirier et d&#8217;autres positions. La classe \u00e9tait tr\u00e8s dynamique et se faisait parfois avec un partenaire. Cela renforce l\u2019\u00e9quilibre du corps, l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre \u00e9motionnel mais c&#8217;est aussi un excellent outil pour:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inverser le flux sanguin dans le corps et am\u00e9liorer la circulation<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Augmenter l&#8217;immunit\u00e9 et pr\u00e9venir certaine maladie<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Calmer le syst\u00e8me nerveux<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instaurer de la confiance dans sa pratique et la diversifier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Je pratique le yoga depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es maintenant et je dois dire que les inversions ne faisaient pas parti de ma pratique au quotidien. Je me sens \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent plus en confiance afin d&#8217;aller ne profondeur dans des poses et je sais exactement les \u00e9tapes \u00e0 suivre ! Patrick Beach a \u00e9t\u00e9 un excellent coach pour me faire sentir plus fort et en confiance avec le potentiel de mon corps. Il suffit parfois d&#8217;ouvrir une petite porte pour en d\u00e9couvrir plein d&#8217;autres.
